Tracy Flynn Bowe - Personal and Professional Coaching and Counseling 
Tracy provides personal and professional coaching and counseling, as well as organizational consulting, executive coaching and workshops through New Directions Counseling and Training, Ltd., in St. Cloud, Minnesota. Tracy is a Yellow Personality with a Law Degree from the University of Minnesota, an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas, and a B.A. in Psychology and Theology from the College of St. Benedict in Minnesota.  With over 20 years of experience as a lawyer, mediator, consultant, counselor and coach, she uses her broad base of knowledge and experience to help clients identify the issues and obstacles that are interfering with their personal or professional success, and to develop action plans to move forward with clarity, consciousness and empowerment. She works with clients using a strength based, holistic model seeking to balance the cognitive, emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of change and growth processes. Tracy particularly enjoys working with clients as they move through significant life and work transitions. She assists families post-divorce in developing co-parenting strategies that adapt and grow with children and their changing needs. 

In addition to her work at New Directions, Tracy owns Three Sisters Publishing House with her sisters Kate and Meg Flynn, and is the director of the SEND Program. She is the author of The Land Beyond Forever and Create the Life You Imagine: What Are You Waiting For? Tracy and her sisters author a spiritual-emotional health column in Among Women Magazine entitled "Three Sisters: Create the Life You Imagine." Tracy is a frequent keynote speaker on color personality, self development, and spirituality. She is married and has four children.

Meg Flynn - Individual, Marriage and Family Therapist
Meg is a Green Personality and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with special training in child development, an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas, and a B.A. in Psychology and Theology from the College of St. Benedict in Minnesota.  Meg focuses her practice on building and strengthening family relationships. She works with indiciduals, couples and whole family groups.  Meg works extensively with adolescents in individual and family settings, to guide them in developing a healthy self identity and to use family relationships to support them during their transition into adulthood. Meg uses an experiential approach with clients in the transformation of emotional blocks to wholeness and happiness that affect the quality of their lives and relationships.  Meg has completed a four-year program in energy medicine with Dr. Carol Ritberger.  In addition, Meg has studied holistic healing with Carolyn Myss, Joan Borysenko, Janet Quinn, and Christine Page, and art therapy with Shawn McNiff. Meg provides spiritual-emotional counseling for individuals, couples and families, as well as groups and workshops through New Directions Counseling and Training, Ltd.

In addition to her work at New Directions, Meg owns Three Sisters Publishing House with her sisters Kate and Tracy, and is a faculty member of the SENDTMInstitute.  Meg authors a spiritual-emotional health column in Among Women Magazine with her sisters entitled "Three Sisters: Create the Life You Imagine."

Kate Flynn - Organizational Trainer and Consultant 
Kate is an Orange Personality and a Licensed School Administrator, with an M.A. in Education from St. Mary's University, and a B.A. in Education from the College of St. Benedict in Minnesota. Kate has been an urban school teacher and administrator in St. Paul Minnesota for over 20 years and is passionate about creating educational systems that honor the spirits of children and the adults that guide them.  She has completed a two-year program in energy medicine with Dr. Carol Ritberger. and has studied holisitc healing with Carolyn Myss, Joan Borysenko, and Janet Quinn, and art therapy with Shawn McNiff. In addition to her work in education, Kate is a spiritual vocalist and songwriter who uses her tremendous gifts to create healing vibration and sacred ritual for groups and workshops, and has released her first CD, Kate Flynn: Transcendence. Kate is also an owner of Three Sisters Publishing House and a faculty member of the SEND Institute. Kate authors a spiritual-emotional health column in Among Women Magazine with her sisters entitled "Three Sisters: Create the Life You Imagine."

Geno Beniek, MA, LICSW, LMFT, has been with New Directions Counseling & Training since 1999.  He has over 40 years of clinical experience as a marriage and family therapist, working with both individuals and couples, within a systemic/narrative framework.  He is an Approved Clincal Supervisor of the Board of Marriage & Family Therapy and has been an adjunct faculty at St Cloud State University since 1978. He is married and has three adult daughters.
